Sunday is all about wellness and rejuvenation. There will be yoga, reiki, sound healing offerings and more from local practitioners. There will be some light music to leave you uplifted as you get ready to pack up camp and head back with your cup full. FFF entertainment and activities will end at 2pm on Sunday.
KAMU SAUNA
​Kamu Sauna is bringing the Finnish wood-fired sauna experience right to you, at FFF 2025 as part of wellness Sunday! Enjoy the wellness benefits of hot-cold cycles with your family + friends from 10am-2pm Sunday at FFF. It will be a drop in rate of $15 (prebook price) for unlimited drop in sauna and cold plunge. What a way to rejuvenate before you leave all the fun of FFF!
MANTRA SPIRIT STUDIO
Trish owner of Mantra Spirit Studio in Fernie will be offering some yoga and sound healing experiences - more details released in June

SACRED SPACE WITH CORALEE
Coralee Salomons is a Canadian born Proud Native women of Plain Cree Speaking and Dutch descent, from the Kahkewistahaw First Nation.
She incorporates her native spirit into her healing sessions & classes. She has practiced Reiki, yoga and meditation for over 20 years. Coralee will be offering Lomi Lomi massage between 10am-1pm Sunday.
DRAGONFLY REIKI
Kim Genovese’s of Dragonfly Reiki will be offering some introductory information on Reiki and a restorative Reiki yoga session. Kim has completed her Reiki Master training and is ready to share her knowledge, wisdom and practice with our community . Explore a peaceful, nourishing session with her at Fun Field Festival on wellness Sunday.

DINGO STARR - ECSTATIC DANCE SET
Bringing cosmic energy to the Kootenays for two decades, DingoStarr is a staple in Fernie’s electronic music scene and culture. He thrives on bringing people together, making him an essential pioneer in the Fernie music scene. Dingo is going to be presenting an Ecstatic Dance experience designed to bring joy and the feeling of freedom through movement. The playful and galloping beat is sure to bring you on an unforgettable journey.
