KIDS FUN AT FUN FIELD FESTIVAL

FFF is all about whimsy and fun in a field and that means there's got to be lots of great stuff for kids to do. Here are some of what you can expect to see at FFF but stay tuned - there's plenty more to come!

PONY RIDES

The amazing team at Freedom Equine Association will be coming along to offer pony rides to kids aged 5-13.

FUN WITH SAND

There will be some live sand sculpting art presented by local Fernie artist Marie-Line Gagne and there will be an interactive area where kids will have a chance to try some sand art fun!

WILD AT HEART FOREST SCHOOL

Wild at Heart Forest School is excited to bring nature-inspired activities and arts & crafts to this year’s Family Music Festival in June! With a focus on fostering creativity and connection to the outdoors, we’ll be offering hands-on experiences where families can explore the beauty of nature through interactive crafts, playful exploration, and immersive outdoor activities. Join us for a fun-filled experience that will spark imagination and inspire a love for the natural world!

SONIA ROY MUSIC

At FFF 2024 Sonia helped the kids learn a song and then got them up on stage with Fernie's own Dukes of Pectin to perform to the crowd. Sonia will be doing more musical activities with kids this year - more details to come!

KYLIE & COMPANY

Local improvising weaver of fun Kylie Rogers will be bringing her special way with whimsy to FFF in 2025. We never know what is going to be created but we always know it will be fun!

KIDS GAMES & CRAFTS

At FFF 2025 we will have a craft tent where kids can make buttons of our mascot GARY the GRASSHOPPER and other easy and fun crafts. There will be a games area too with lots of activities to keep the little engaged and having fun!
